Started by individually providing domestic cleaning and maintenance services, to now working with some of the most prominent businesses in the North East. With their hard work, they have managed to build a team of trained professionals with an extended fleet providing cleaning and maintenance service throughout the North East.

How long will the service take?It hugely depends on your property and the service you require. Upon quoting we can provide you with an idea of how long the service may take. Please understand that outdoor jobs may be impacted by weather.

What is a deep clean?A deep clean service is a thorough cleaning process that removes dirt, dust, grime, and bacteria from every single area of a premises, including hard-to-reach spots that are often neglected during regular cleaning. It covers more areas than a basic cleaning and uses strong cleaning solutions to remove deep-seated dirt and grime.

How do I pay?Payment can be made securely by a bank transfer or debit card.

Do I have to be at the premises when a service is being provided?You do NOT have to be present at the premises when our services are provided. We are trusted by major companies and private homeowners to be reliable and trustworthy.

How many professionals will be on site?With our cleaning services and the majority of our property maintenance services, there will always be a minimum of 2 professionals on site.

What services do you offer for property maintenance?We provide a wide variety of building maintenance and repairs, painting service, gardening, and several other handyman jobs.

Is all the equipment provided by HFH?Yes, we are a professional company and as a result we will provide all professional cleaning products and equipment. Specialised tools and products will be used to ensure the best service.

What if I am unhappy with the service?Things happen and even the best may screw up sometimes. If you’re not completely satisfied with the services provided, contact us withing 24 hours and we will make sure to take care of the issue with no extra charge.

How long does your ironing service take?If required we may have it ready in the next 24 - 48 hours upon collection.

Can I leave my key with your company?Yes, you can trust leaving your key with us. We are trusted by major companies and our professionals are instructed to safely manage keys given to them in order to provide our services.

What is your cancellation Policy?Things happen, and we do understand that cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable but we are sure that you can appreciate that if a cancellation is received less than 48 hours in advance of the service we are unable to reassign our staff. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our very best to reschedule to a time that is convenient to you. Deposits are non refundable.

Do I lose my deposit if I cancel less than 24 hours before scheduled service?Unfortunately yes, so please let us know up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
