HFH Cleaning & Maintenance Terms of Use
By placing an order either over the phone, fax, e mail or web site, the customer has verbal or written agreement, and is bound to the following HFH Cleaning & Maintenances Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.
Services
Please note that refunds are not offered prior to a re-clean being accepted. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning to schedule a re-clean of the areas that you were not satisfied with. Otherwise a re-clean will be considered denied. No refund will be offered if a re-clean is denied.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change the pricing or discounts if we see that your home’s circumstances are not typical, or if the incorrect booking options have been selected for your home.
Understanding
We know you are opening your door to us and are wondering what to expect. We guarantee our work, and ask if you have any issues with the services that you understand we are human and can miss small things from time to time. Please let us know and we will gladly return to take care of the missed area as soon as we can, without too much inconvenience to you.
Pets
Please place any dogs in a room where there is no ongoing cleaning/maintenance, while our employees are in your home. This allows us to focus on our job and allows us to deliver the best possible services without any distractions.
Clutter
For us to be able to carry out our services at a consistent pace and to keep them affordable we ask that if there is more is a number of items in a specific place then please have the items moved so we can keep a consistent pace and continue to offer affordable rates for our services. If there is an area with a number of items, our employees will take the time to move them, which may results in prices being higher than expected. Please note: We do not offer organising services at this time. If it is necessary for us to move the items, we are not responsible for any damage.

Services We Don't Offer
1. Shopping or errands
2. Heavy lifting over 25lbs (Insurance requirements)
Cleaning of bodily fluids, toys, pet waste (including pet hair) or other bio-hazards (we do clean minor areas in bathrooms).
The Service
The website may offer tools for communicating, such as email, message boards, chat rooms, newsgroups, forums, and/or other message or communication facilities. Unless otherwise specified, the services are only for your private, non-commercial use.
Child Supervision
The security and privacy of our users, especially minors, are issues that worry us. Parents who want to let their kids use the website or any of its services should watch over their kids' access to and use of those things. By giving your child access to the service, you are giving them access to all of the site's features, including email, message or communication boards, chat rooms, newsgroups, forums, and/or other areas. Therefore, it is your job to choose the services that are best for your child. When providing any service with personally identifying information about you or your children, exercise prudence at all times.
User Account, Password And Security
You will be required to finish the registration process by supplying specific information and registering a user name and password for use with that Service if a specific Service needs you to open an account. You are accountable for any activities that occur under your account as well as for keeping your user name and password secure. You hereby promise to alert us right once of any unauthorized use of your password, account, or other security violation. The HFH website shall not ever be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of the exposure of your user name or password, whether direct or indirect. Without the explicit consent of the owner, you are not permitted to use another person's account at any time.

make available or upload files that could harm another person's computer or property by including a virus, worm, trojan horse, or other damaged data;

Unless the communication facility clearly permits such messages, no person shall advertise or offer to buy or sell any goods or services for any commercial reason.
imitate somebody or anything in order to deceive others;
disobey any rules or laws that may be in force
use the website or services it offers in any way that would impede another party's use and enjoyment of the website or services, or damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or services they offer;

Although there is no requirement for us to monitor the service, we reserve the right to review any materials submitted to a communications facility and to decide whether or not to remove those that violate these Terms and Conditions or are otherwise objectionable.

At our discretion, HFH Cleaning & Maintenance may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.
Protection

Severance
The remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect, and shall continue to be legally binding and enforceable unless if any of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law
You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland, which will govern and be construed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
